• Wind whips through my hair,
    Moon ripples across the water,
The ocean sparkles like eyes in the night,
    The blue eyed thief smiles,
    Alluring,
    My breath catches,
    Bare inches apart,
    Where electricity sparks,
    Our lips yearn to meet,
    But dare not,
For the stain they would create,
    We dance around,
As I laugh at the stars.

    His laughter is quiet,
    His movements unsure,
    He shows his affection,
    In his inability to speak,
    My heart flutters,
    As he holds me,
    My hopes are forever,
    Safety in his arms,
    By his side.

    His voice is my longing,
As I sit alone in the quiet,
    His eyes are my calling,
As I stare into the dark
To stand at the bow of a ship,
    Under the stars,
    Falling, spiraling,
    Into the abyss,
    My thoughts ever stray,
    To him,
    The thief,
    Who stole my heart,
    With his crystal blue eyes.
