• These prison walls i can't escape,
Anger holds the chains that bind me,
The light of day a distant flame,
Cold and darkness are to blame.

As i reflect upon my past,
    Loving memories fade to fast,
In an endless sea of wrath,
    Hardens a heart just beneath.

The once warm heart of innocence,
Darkens as if in a trance,
The glistening soul of hope and care,
lay's tarnished with disappointment it can not bare.

    Darkness takes away the light,
Trapped for ever in the blight,
My heart and soul become more enraged,
Trapped forever in this prison cage.
