Same co-worker. He wants to take me out to a movie again. I was totally at a loss of what to do about him. I don't want to encourage him, but he seems so fragile, it's like rejection would cause him to have a breakdown.
Another co-worker of mine gave me some good advice: stretch the truth. Tell him I have a boyfriend. Just don't tell him it's actually just a boy who happens to be my friend. lol And if physical evidence is required, bring in old high school buddy to be my 'boyfriend' for a while. Hope it doesn't come to that, though.
