Crystalline Memories

Images appear all around me, each with a memory inside.
Fond memories, traumatic nightmares...

Each one sings a tune from a memory long since past,
Reminding me of my deeds. Who'd want to remember that?

Reaching out for a crystalline memory; it shatters as I touch it with my cold and bare hands, why did I create and break in my hands...?

Singin' a sweet tune as my footsteps echo throughout the cave, I can see my crystalline memories surround me again, Each with a part of me and my memories.
The dust and glitter spins and twists as my emotions do while I watch the crystalline episodes of my memories.

The fondest memories surround me and turn into stars over me like a night sky,
while the most somber dart at me and shatter as the glass hits my body like a painful strike of a steel cold sword.

Crystalline Memories, where did you dissapear to? Why?

While I walk the cold and lonely path into the Cave of Ice, I see hearts encased within ice, all fall all over me, shattering without a sound. The silence and frosty breeze make me tremble and shiver as I walk past the shattered pieces, they look like mine...

Deeper into the cave I go, Now I see red roses encased within crystalline diamonds, each rose clash together, creating an icy tiara of roses. A single red rose falls right infront of me, bloomed and without a piece of frost on it... Picking it up reminded me of the more joyful memories I had...

Realizing as I walk along the icy path, I had locked all my memories in my mind's locket of unforgettables... Never speaking about them ever again. Bells ring through my mind, sounding on and off, must mean I'm unlocking the hidden past.

The shattering pieces of crystal stop as I look around me. I Finally see that I'm free from my crystalline prison of memories, Now what to do?

I walk out of the cave and see that the ice has melted all around, it looks like spring just struck the land.

So the ice melts away... The frost turns to water... And new life is born again. Showered by white rose petals all around, I start to head back to the present and await the next memories of my future...

Everyone has trapped memories that they would like to keep hidden forever, and never unlock them from their heart. Thinking back at my past began to melt those frozen memories and disolve them, creating grains of sand that will eventually turn to time in an hourglass.
