Money, now there's a topic. To me, money is nothing more than a piece of paper that people put too much value on. I mean really...we never needed money before and yeah i know that times have changed...but, so have people. More and more, people have become dependent on inanimate objects and hold fast to their material pocessions. Why? Where is it really gonna get them later on in life? I mean the things that people spend money on are outreageous nowadays...and mostly because they want to impress others and make themselves appear to be better than they really are. If only they could understand that it doesn't really matter what you look like on the outside, but what it is that you pocess within yourself, then maybe...just maybe, they would be able to hold onto the money that they earn in these dead end jobs that hate and actually not have to be in this rat race for quick cash. I mean bills are one thing, but when you don't have money for luxuries, yet you still go out and buy a big screen tv...just to add more bills to the already pilling stack of past due notices...then, you've got a problem. Seriously people, think about how much that it takes for you to actually come up with that money and how hard you've worked...is the tv really worth just bein there sittin on your a** crammed inside a house all day long when there's a whole world to explore just beyond the front door? I mean...that's why Americans are like the fattest people on earth...because we'd rather sit our lazy asses, feet propped up with a Big Mac and a Coke in front of a big screen tv from the moment that we wake up until we sleep...geesh...getta life people! Money is the way that we are able to afford all these luxuries. However, that leads us to become dependent on these luxuries which in turn leads us to become lazy fat bastards... eek
