There are some things that can be left unsaid and left undone, much like many things that we wish not to speak of. Where does this void come from and why is it so hard for us to speak up when we need to. MOst of us can insult one another readily, yet we fail to defend ourselves when the time is right. Why is that? What is it that we are afraid of and who is it that we are more afraid for...ourselves or someone else? I think that we are both afrais of ourselves and the other person standing right in front of us. We are afraid that he is right and that we are wrong, but who said that we were supposed to be right all the time? Why does our opinion matter more than the other person's? Shouldn't it matter as much as the other person's, if not more? There needs to be a balance between such differences in order for them to exist correctly. One must step out of his or her comfort zone and fall into the fishbowl in order to realize what it is that the fish feels and then he or she is able to pass judgement. It is not until we experience what the other has had or done then we can make decisions or choices based upon experience and gained knowledge...not just "know how."
