Reasons against:
Gai has bushy eyebrows
Kakashi is in love Iruka
They'e a lots of other jonin they could be with
Gai is too busy training Lee to have a relationship
Iruka would get mad
They don't look cute together
Gai will most likely kill himself for Lee anyday now
Gai is too loud and exuberant for Kakashi's taste
Because Kakashi is with Iruka and so we'll see under his mask anyways razz
Gai doesn't seem like a dog person, where as Iruka does
Gai thinks Kakashi is 'too cool'
Because it is possible to be just friends.
