seems that even though you can post, the threads won't update themselves... something's wrong with the databases again

even captains and crews can't lock or delete a thread in their guild forums

dang..i need to post something for shinnen. gotta make the story move somehow.. since our gm seems to be still busy, it's upto me to do something about it xp xp
