That aside, our poor French student has been delayed twice between Paris and Chicago. She was originally supposed to be here the 7th, which was delayed to the 8th, then the 9th, and now, 5:00 am the 10th. I don't envy my dad and sister, they're the ones picking her up tomorrow in O'Hare (I hope I spelled that right), or rather *checks watch*, in about 2 1/2 hours sweatdrop ...

Maybe I should just go with them xd !

Furthermore, I have begun volunteer work for the Dane County Natural Heritage Land Trust. I was lucky, my dad set me up with them and it's a pretty cushy job as far as volunteer work goes, meaning I'm not scraping up roadkill or something. I've done lots of xeroxing, alphabetizing, filing, labeling and filling in spread sheets thus far. I just hope I can get 30 hours in quick, I've been seriously neglecting the library and I don't want them to give my "job" away.
