Okay... for $15 that wasn't half bad... though the clown acts were a bit long winded and the middle aged chick in spangles and a tutu was stab my eyes out, nightmare material... especially for the guys...
And there was overpriced show bags (I bought one... it ended up with my sis as her balloon popped) and balloons with random animals in them (bought one... it ended up with mum.) pop corn, solo and fairy floss. Fun fun.
There was a high wire act, a trick bike act, a cylinders and board balancing act, pony tricks, dog tricks, some basic juggling, baton twirling... which turned into fire twirling.... very, very cool! A guy on stilts greeting people, a plate spinning act (he broke 4 razz ) and a trick rope and whip act to finish off which was kinda cool. Didn't much like the clown acts though... they took to long to get to the point.
on the whole though it was great fun. A bunch of random people my sister knows and some of their friends... most of which didn't know each other or were only nodding acquaintances if that to start with... I love my sis. She's so nuts.
at intermission 2 of her friends brought show bags with cheesy toys in them... one was a noise maker like gets used on new years and stuff. her two best guy friends spent most of the time snatching it off her and attempting to hide it as it annoys the hell out of them. ^_^... I got her a show bag at the end of the show! hehe.

churned out 2 new stories and am half way through re writing 2 more... not sure why I'm bothering as no one's going to read them but hey, oh well. razz

Oh and on the way back, a stranded little old lady approached us and asked for a ride as she'd missed the last bus and we we're headed in the same direction and looked like a 'nice group of young people'... bit of a risk really. For she knew we coulda been thugs. Still, I've done the same thing, though I prayed for inspiration for a way to get home first.

anyway, on the whole, tonight was great fun but now I'm stiff, sore and veeeerrry tired. sleepy time.
