"Kasumi. Wake up." A hand shakes my shoulder. I jump and look around, my eyes barely open. Yukito down at me. I was asleep in the chair in Hisoka's living room. I giggle, looking up at him. His glasses are sliding down his nose, his clear blue eyes laugh at me.
I glare at him. "Stop it. I'm sleeping." I bat at him, half-heartedly, closing my eyes and turning my head the other way.
"I thought I told you to leave her alone, Yukito." Hisoka calls. He's in some other room.
"Oh, be quiet, Hisoka." Yukito says, shaking my shoulder again. "Kasumi, get up. You've done nothing but sleep these past few days. You should be fine now. All the sleep you've had has healed you up. I think you should start going back to school."
I glare at him. "Yukito. Human kids don't want to go to school. Why would I want to go? Besides. I'm smarter than any of the teacher there, anyway." I yawn and stretch my arms.
Yukito looks at me skeptically. "That's why you need to go. As a smarter species, we need to set a good example."
I giggle. "Alright. Fine. I'll go to school tomorrow." Yukito chuckles. Right then Hisoka walks into the room.
"I thought I told you not to wake her up." He glares at Yukito. Yukito shrugs and smiles sheepishly at Hisoka's glare.
"She needed to get up."
((Sorry. It's corney. It's going to get better in later posts.))
