I went back to hydro this week...
This is a bit less intense that what I was doing before as I shifted days and I'm only doing 1/2 hour. It's a bit unfortunate but it can't be helped. It's supposed to be an hour's worth but the buses can't get there in time. confused
it's free style and it was enough to tire me out... and then I had a shot at learning mou jong (or however you spell it)
I'm only beginning and it's kinda complex... even the simplified version I'm getting taught. sigh
Anyway, the mou jong tiles seem to the Chinese what a deck of cards would be to we westerners. They play a bunch of different styles of games with it too and they bet on it... sort of like the way we use poker.
interesting stuff really.

I also went back to see my counselor today... LOTS to discus. A lotta stuff has happened since I saw her last. The only thing left on my list to do is ring the doc and get that started off.

later for that though. tonight I'm tired.
