i was discussing stuff with a job guy today. It was some what cool. This bloke teaches at uni level and it was awesome stuff. a job hunting course that was actually INTERESTING, who'd have thought.
Instead of the usual blah, blah, blah, it was all about the background, the psychology of it and what the employer is actually thinking. It was fascinating to learn the history or a little of it of home Aussies business types came to be.
Getting a job is about selling yourself and if you have a disability, you REALLY need to sell yourself. razz
You need to be ready, confident and able to allay the fears of your prospective employer...which is a different twist for me. I was terrified of being judges by those interviewing me. Childhood trauma issues. razz
Anyway. we were discussing it today and if i want to be positive I need to dump the junk. I can still acknowledge that it happened without dwelling on it. Now all I got to do is keep that in mind. razz

Since my original Sannachie got hacked i'm not really inclined to want to go back there. so I'm going to transfer what I've got left to here and continue on. fresh start and blah blah.
