I've always got this terrible feeling that I'm being watched and or fallowed. I've felt this way since I was a child. I can't remeber a moment in my entire life when I was free from the sensation of being constantly stared at. For something to do, I've been researching ghosts and ghostly phenomena and a lot of articles that I've read said that people that are being haunted expirience the same feeling.

I hear things in the night that I chalk up to either being my fan blwing things aroud or my rat running around her cage, but I dont think that those answer quite everything. When I was young and living with both parents in the house that my father still owns to this day, I often heard something banging around outside my bedroom window. I heard what sounded like huge tin barrels banging against eachother, even when the wind wasn't blowing. Once, I heard someone yelling just outside my window. I used to also sleep with my door opened just a bit, and I swear that I've seen strange figures standing in the doorway that are to tall and slender to be either of my parents.

Call me crazy, but I've always had this small feeling that I've had ghosts around me. One in particular that I think is female, just from the way its made me think. This one is hard to explain. While the slender spirit in my doorway made me feel safe, the one that lurks around me most often makes me feel frantic and uneasy. I think she was hurt in her life...a lot. I want to help her, but she makes me not want to go to someone for help. I will have to read up and find a way to help her myself. She just wants someone to talk to, I think, but I just can't "hear" her.

wellp...this, if nothing else, just proves my insanity! XD
