i over came the desire today. i went on a long walk to vent everything i was feeling. i brought my blade with me, but didnt use it, i just held it till the feeling went away.

when i put the blade back into my pocket it felt really good to know that i had over come it in a really hard time. im just so surprised in myself that i could do that. i just hope that i dont fall back any time soon, or ever for that matter.
