At the stroke of eleven, Zekke walked through the door as though on cue.
As he walked in he fell back a bit at what he saw. A decapitated Will, and a somewhat different Kaarina. "You aren't going to ask what happened? He tried something he shouldn't have." She said. Blood from the head stained her face and upper area of her white, nightgown.
"Forgive me, Kaarina." Zekke whispered taking a small gun-like weapon out and firing.
A tranquilizer hit Kaarina's neck, she gave a small yell of pain as her world blurred."T-thank you, Zekke." She said falling down.
Zekke sighed, picked her up, and put her back into her bed. "Every time she's damaged like this, she goes into a frenzy. Everyone she sees becomes the one who hurt her. It was a talent of hers, even when we were young. What happened to you Kaarina? You used to smile and stand up when you knew something was wrong. It seems time can create wounds instead of healing them."
After Zekke put Kaarina back into her bed he called a few guards in. "Get Will out of here. I want you to take him to the hills." He said as the guards came in. "You know about that special party I'm having in a few days correct? Anyway if Kaarina isn't healed by then keep a close eye on her, alright?" Zekke said, waiting for counterattacks for his command.
"But aren't you out of the music buis-" One of them began
"Do what I say!" He snapped back as the guards stepped back and carried out the command they were given.
Zekke sighed again, punched a wall near him in anger, and walked out dusting his hand off.
