"I was hoping for more a challenge from a cat that was wanted dead." The attacker said while aproaching. Ben had to watch helplessly while the attacker drew closer. He was a young man, well built, with short curly blond lockes that seemed to amply the man's dark blue eyes. Other than the man's peircing gaze stood out except for reddish clothing with matching gloves. "Who are you...." Ben wheezed out, still catching his breath. "Lord Kelvin to others." The man paused. "Death to you."

The man didn't wait for his reply, he jumped into the air raising one arm into the air and and aiming the second at Ben. As if flash of blue light a bolt of lightning drew into the man's right hand, and out of his left whizzing directly toward Ben. Another crash and Ben was thrown through the air being gashed by the trees branches. He rolled to a stop, his entire body was screaming with pain, and blood. A small pool of it formed around his body, which was facing the sky. He coughed up a little blood, his shirt had been ripped off, and his glasses had flown from his face in the excitement.

Lord Kelvin walked over and examined him. "What a shame, I was really in the mood for a fight." The man proceeded to kill Ben, choking him by standing on his throat. Ben, strength fading, grabbed the Kelvin's boot. "You've lost just give up and die." Kelvin demanded shifting all his weight onto Ben's throat. "Never....."
