As it says on top of the banner, I used the Skem9 layout generator. However...
It took me a bit to fiddle with the background so it wouldn't tile/repeat. I found it with google.
I made the banner from Yukari's picture in Immaterial and Missing Power (IaMP). The kanji is... well, her name. In kanji.
The ying-yang orb was something I found and remade because the GIMP wouldn't let me color it except for black. mad
I finally got the Comments, Media, and Journal boxes with scroll bars (as well as About Me and Details) so at the bottom they're perfectly lined up. Not a pixel past the others.
Except when you hover over the links, but it's supposed to be fancy, mind you.
As for everything else, it was all part of the generator.
