 Fixed up...
I continued on my way and knocked on the door.
"I GOT IT!"
I heard foot steps going down, then the door opened. Jamie enbraced me and I winced. She jumped back and took a good look at me. She gasped and drug me up the steps.
"Does your mom know I'm here?"
Jamie nodded and sat me down, her eyes widened as she say my jeans, blood stained and dripping. She asked me what I did to myself and I took out the sleek black gun from my pocket. Trying not to shoot myself again in the prosess. She gasped.
"WHY LYNN?! WHY WOULD YOU HAVE A--"
I covered her mouth, true her house was big...but you never know who can over hear something. She took the hint and covered her mouth.
"Why do you have a gun?"
"I took it off a cop."
"WHHHATTT!!!!!"
I looked down ashamed in myself, she took my chin and made me look at her.
"Sorry to come out harsh but...you know better."
I grinned at her trying to lighten the mood a little...
"No I don't."
She walked into her bathroom and said 'True'. I laughed a little. Walking out with sprays and bandages Jamie sat down next to me.
"Off with them..."
"I dont get it."
"Your pants, off."
"Why? You gonna rape me?"
"No, I need to clean you up and your jeans are in my way."
Carefuly removing my pants i mummbled 'Rapist'. Jamie didn't hear me though, but thats how it was soposed to be. That's when i saw the sign the bullet made. I stared in horror, Jamie just shook her head.
"This might hurt ok?"
"Yea no sweat."
I sat there waiting for the pain to come. A spray was applied to my 'battle scar' and it stun, a lot. Jamie's mom came up the steps and knocked on the door. I grabbed a blanket and covered myself, and all of the medical s**t. She asked if i wanted to stay over due to the fact that it was dark. I told her sure, but then....she told me to call my mom. I picked up the phone and she walked out. I dialed a random number and hit end. Then I waited until Jamie was finished with my leg to stand up. She then gave me clean Pj's to sleep in. I asked to borrow her hose because I wanted to clean my clothes out. She told me in the morning. I nodded and limped downstairs toward Jamies mom and told her my mom said yes. She smiled at me and offered me a cherry tomato. I declined and went upstairs once again. Jamie was playing guitar hero, I really didn't feel like watching so I went downstairs. I knew her house like the back of my hand by now and was family to her parents. So I desided to go on the computer in the bacement. I type in the local police website and looked up current news to see if i was on there. Nope, not one article. But then I saw the 'young adults' link. I hesitated a little, but the clicked. Upon looking at the skreen I exhaled, I wasn't there either. I heard foot steps again and closed the window. Jamie was standing behind me and asked what I was so nervous about. I told her nothing, I just walked upstairs again, into her room and plopped on her bed.
"Something bothering you?"
"No, I'm fine love."
