Hearts crack, chip, and crumble... love flows, and shapes those rocks, it forms grooves, crevasses, smooths out the rough edges..

Once you find the "right" love, the "true" love.. that rock becomes a fish.. it swims in the river of love, it grows, and becomes something wonderful..

If that rock is stuck in the river too long, it may be pulled out, and set on the shore, to preserve it.. but if it stays in the river too long, it will continue dissolving, and eventually fade away...
