So, yesterday I felt completely full after my meal. Maybe it was because I had 1000 calories to eat after my bike ride, but, still. Very full.
Today I am 118.4 pounds. Not sure how accurate that is, as I'm still recovering... I'll see what I am tomorrow.
I weighed my body fat percentage at 8AM after having 1 cup of coffee. It claims I am 30.8% body fat. Quite a bit, considering that I am exercising a lot. I wonder what the degree of error is on that thing. Because, that's the % I was after recovering from Cushing's. Can't be accurate.
