Okay, in with the new year! Now that I can actually count calories again, I'm starting up my 'diet'. I know I gained a few pounds when I didn't count calories, but who cares! I have a upright bike trainer in my apartment complex so I can continue training (******** yeah!) Now all I need is a scale to monitor my weight.
Breakfast - soup, approximately 200
snack - tortilla and cheese - 135
lunch - quesadilla - 380
dinner - hoppin' john + pear - 450
dessert 3/4 cup ice cream -
