Kay, today I didn't exercise cuz I spent all day at CENTS, and I will tomorrow. Maybe not Wednesday... we'll see.
I was 116.8 pounds today. I'm pretty relieved that I didn't gain more weight.
Breakfast - 250

Dinner - 300
Dessert - 850
(I know. Tomorrow will be better. I will eat an onigiri and veggies for breakfast and take peanut butter and celery for lunch. )
