I didn't weigh myself today, and I went up to 1550 yesterday. I'm not going to eat a ton of sweets today - I figure I should give my teeth a break. I'm going to try to go completely without sweets, but, since I will probably crave like mad I might have a few chocolate covered almonds (sweet but not 100% sugar and easy enough to clean off of my teeth).
I think I'm also going to introduce afternoon snacks into my food schedule - see if that cuts down cravings by pushing back my dinner time.
