So.... I think I'm going to increase my calorie count again, this time for exercise. I'm going to give myself 70 calories for every 15 minutes I work out instead of 60. Not sure how food is going today, other than I am making that egg thing finally. (AND IT WILL HAPPEN DX )
Oh yeah, I weighed 114.0, which is why I made the change in calories.
Rode for 45 mins today. It's just so ******** hard to stay on the trainer... +210
Breakfast - pasta salad 450
Lunch - onigiri - 115
Snack - onigiri - 115
Dinner - 550 (530 usually)
Dessert - 3 brownies + 1 mint
