Well since I posted last I've since aquired a bass guitar. 
I've had it for a week and I've tried jamming on it every day/night. Its loads of fun. I know I can't play much, nor can I tell you what certain notes are called. But I dunno...it just gives me something, something so awsome.
Even if its just practicing the one song I know, or doing the one scale I know. I can just place all of my concentration and energy into it, nothing else really matters at that point. I love it. Hopefully today I can get that bass tutor book after work. I plan on getting to that point on the horizon. That point where I can just pick up the instrument and jam, with no music or rules or anything. Where I can put whats in my head out through that little practice amp of mine.
I feel Im becoming myself. Becoming the person I want to be. And I am happy. I am happy for having such great friends, its great that I can just talk crap with them and hang out. I can't wait for saturday actually. I know it'll be fun.
