114.4 today. Definitely retaining water, cuz my stomach has a pooch. I'm going to do intervals, and I'll add 15 mins worth of exercise calories, since I'll do a 10 minute warm up, just to make sure I don't kill my knee. I hope to work myself so hard that I have trouble walking afterwards! WOOO!
I am contemplating adding a "snack" night to the week... not going over my daily intake, but instead of having a healthy meal, I have chips and salsa or ice cream. Not sure if I should or not... on the one hand it would satisfy my cravings for bad food, on the other, I have sweets every night, and it seems kind of like overkill.
