Lalala! Intervals today. My legs feel fine so I have no excuses! Haha...
Weather says that I should be able to bike to school on Monday and maybe Wednesday. Perhaps even tomorrow, but I'm not counting on it. I'm making Tex Mex potatoes today (gonna chop them up and pan fry them rather than baking them like the recipe calls for) so, new recipes = exciting!!!
Edit - I only managed to do 2.5 intervals... 50 minutes of exercising. For some reason I couldn't finish the middle one. I'm not even sure if I was building up lactic acid cuz my legs didn't have that burning sore feeling. I shall look it up...
