114.8 today! I'm thinking that 1600 may actually be the daily amount I'm supposed to be consuming... I haven't craved anything the previous two nights! Though, maybe that is because I've delayed dinner past 5:30 both nights. It's something to think about.
It's not really warn enough to bike outside.. not quite (it's hovering just above freezing) so I'm going to check to see if the weight room is open. If not, then it's off to the RPAC with me!
Edit - the apartment workout room was open today, so I rode there. I got in one hour and 20 minutes of riding! According to the machine's odometer, I didn't quite get in 20 miles. Sad, but what can you do?
