oooo my gooooood I went on a bike ride with the team today. 2 hours of intensity, but they were nice and made sure I didn't get dropped except for the hill repeat (but I wasn't getting dropped anyways cuz you go in circles to get hill climbing action) I am exhausted but feeling great! Plus I got some of my yummy granola bars. It's a shame that I have to make them less sweet, but they really aren't any different from a candy bar right now.
