My excercise journal
Daily journal of how much I exercise, eat, and how I feel physically
I binged yesterday. Emmy brought cookies to our last journal club and they were from Panera and looked wonderful so I ate some and came home and pigged out. I then sat and thought about why I pigged out and why it was so easy for me to enter a trance like state and I realized that it was because I ALWAYS ate in front of the computer. That needs to stop.

So, this morning I ate in front of my sliding glass window and watched the ducks. Two things came out of it, one: I tasted my food better. two: I wasn't so excited about eating when I knew I had to leave my precious computer behind. I think that this is the way to go. Maybe in a few weeks I can buy a cheap lawn chair and stick it on my patio and eat out there when the day is nice. I know I definitely want to have one for when the grass is good for guinea pig munching.

Chris the coach gave us a website to track what we eat and what we weigh. I'm going to use it for weight. The site suggests that I should be eating 2000 calories a day... I don't believe it. But I'm going to track my weight on it so we'll see. Starting tomorrow: I want to have a chance to get rid of the crap I ate yesterday. So, let's go a month without bingeing!
