It's rainy today, so as far as I know there is no team bike ride. Kind of sad, but I need to study since I went shopping with Dania last night. I'll do a hard ride on the trainer today for at least an hour.
I think that the not eating in front of the computer thing is really helping. Cravings have gone down.
