So, yesterday I did eat some chocolates, but I was hungry. And I didn't binge when I got home. So, I think that the psychological thought of 'I'm not going to get to bake something new when these are gone' helps out. I'm not sure if I went over or not - i had about 750 calories for dinner and had two sandwiches and some chocolates and random other things. I probably went over a bit, but I would be shocked if it was 500 calories.
