No yoga yesterday. Didn't feel like it, and didn't need to cuz I didn't feel bored. Today is my first day of classes for the quarter! I'll be on campus all day Mo-We-Fr so that should help with boredom on the weekends (cuz staying home all day will be that much more special) and I'll probably be on campus all day Tu-Th many times.

I'm proud of myself. I had kind of a rough start because of waking up early, forgetting my fruit, and not eating enough protein for breakfast (two eggs with puffins, next time!) Plus I found out I didn't stratify my seeds correctly. They're okay, it just sets back my experiment. I was feeling very down and craving food, and I ate a peanut butter apple first, and finished off my calories with Puffins. not the best way to do it, but I didn't go over.
I also did 50 minutes of vinyasa yoga. Fitday only has hatha yoga and says I burned 110 calories. I'm sure I burned more, so I'm upping it to 150 and adding it to tomorrow's calorie count.
