My magical fairy trip to Melbourne and the echoing sands of religion I found there.
Daniel and I went to Melbourne on the train on Saturday, and came back on Sunday. Yes, I had to come back a day early. T____________T
On Saturday I met up with Kathy and Shane at Spencer Street(or Southern Cross or whatever) and then we walked into town. We all got a CD or two at Dirt Cheap CDs(Shane got 3!) and went to JB-HI FI. Yellow Card were apparently coming to JB to do some signings, but Shane has already dragged out our visit there without waiting for Yellow Card to show up. We would've done more, but Daniel wouldn't tell us where to go. rolleyes Kathy had to take the train back at somewhere around 3:15, so we walked to Flinders Street and she returned home.
That night I slept on the couch in Shane's kitchen, and after I woke up I realised there was a nasty red pen sticking into my back all night. gonk
We meant to meet up with Kathy at 10:00 to see a movie, but the tram was slow, and Flinders Street was crowded, so we were a bit late. sweatdrop We went to 3 cinemas looking for something we wanted to see, and when we did eventually find one we were an hour or so early, so we got out tickets and walked into the theatre to wait for the movie to start. 3nodding It was crazy, even after the movie had begun there was only about 5 other people in the theatre. surprised
Also, I had a bubble/happy cup and it was yummeh. In the end I got the small pearls, but I think I liked the big ones more. sweatdrop
I recorded about an hour of Shane and Daniel and I's conversation before we had to leave, so the memories will live on forever. And ever and ever.
And I got an awesome Led Zeppelin shirt. cool It's black with an Icharus on and stuff. It's nearly too small though, because I'm stupid and down know my tshirt size.
