I wanted to hold on.
I wanted to make this last.
I wanted to believe this could really happen.

But love is a ******** joke.
Especially when it's so one sided.
A love like this is no love at all.

So I'll pack my bags.
And I'll say goodbye.
And give up on you.

And if for a few moments I'm an empty shell,
I expect no one to save me,
For nobody actually has the time to care anymore,
And nobody actually has that responsibility.

Who cares what happens these days?
Who cares about their friends or even just random people on the street?
Kids that just want some easy access into my pants are more promising than the people I've spent years beside,
The people I've spent years having heart to heart conversations with.

"I can't do this."
That's all I needed to hear.
So forget it, get lost.
Get outta here.
Because I realized, in that moment,
That I can't do it either.

I'd rather just sit here and rot.
But I won't do that. I can't.
I can't become a ******** log.
Just have to keep pushing forward, am I right?

I really had no intentions of crying tonight,
But this heart is just so open and able to get stab and slashed and ripped in two.

I suppose I do this to myself.
Because I'm sure someone will tell me that.

I'm still reeling over the loss of all of this.
On the fact that you just don't care.
On the fact that neither of you do honestly.

What's the point in reaching out to the people that you hold nearest and dearest?
Remind me, really? What's the point in having friends, when at the end of the day they can't even lend you a shoulder? Can't even reassure you that they'll be around and they're in the very least sorry?

"Say you love me, love me again."
But don't.
Save your breath.
And don't love ever again.

It's all too risky.
******** it.

Just gonna become a lifeless corpse and trudge through school and then figure my life out from there.
