Rant: on
Yeah...so, Leppy knows the big "secret" now. He's known for a few days, and didn't seem to have a problem with it...until Friday. He wouldn't talk to me hardly at all on Friday (actually, he didn't, I said "Hi" and he said nothing).
I invited him to go to Hot Topic ('cause he says he's never been there and wanted to go) with two of my friends and me. I had a violin lesson from 4:00-4:30 after school, so I said we'd be there around 4:45. He said he wouldn't be able to get there until 5:00-5:30. Okay, I had no problem with that.
So, first my friends and I go into Kay B Toys to get my one, deprived friend a light-saber that we could fight with after eating. Then we went into DEB 'cause I wanted to see if there were any skirts that would work for me on stage (truely, that's the only reason I go) and darted out after my deprived friend, let's call her Becky, started looking at pouser camo clothing.
I'm not sure what time it was at this point, but I think it was around 5:00. Let the search begin!
We walked down the mall once...then again...then again...then again. Every time we passed Hot Topic (yeah, I had other reasons of going to the mall besides Leppy) I would pause, then say, "No, we're not going in until he gets here."
So...around 5:15 or so, I couldn't take walking back and forth anymore, and we went into Hot Topic. I bought an MCR patch, shirt, and a Hawthrone Heights patch. My friend, Chris, finally bought LOTMS (Life on the Murder Scene).
A little after 5:30 when we got out, and figured Leppy'd be wandering the mall for a while. I was starving (and had been since about half-way through my lesson) but decided we'd hold off until Leppy got there (or 6:00, whichever came first).
Yup. You guessed it. Walked back and forth, up and down the mall for a ******** half hour. Did Leppy show up? Of course not. I'm seriously beginning to swear off guys. I mean, I have a boyfriend, but hardly get to talk to him. The last time I invited someone to do something with me :Cough:Josey,myboyfriendathetime:cough: he stood me up too. :Sigh: Okay, so he had an excuse. He said he might not be able to get a ride. But what's Leppy's excuse. Man, I can't wait until Monday. The silent treatment shall begin.
I mean, he missed out on a lot. Not ONLY did he NOT get to go to Hot Topic, but he didn't get to fight in the fun light-saber war. Nor did he get to hear Chris, Becky, and I perform (sing) for free. Okay, so my voice sucks, but still, it was a lot of fun.
Alas, little did he know, I almost cried three times at the mall because of him. I seriously am beginning to NOT trust guys.
