Today was going fine. Work was actually enjoyable, since my boss was in a good mood. Though being only 4 hours, I'm not a fan of.
So today was going well. Then when getting my dinner, my mom says something like "I know you're not happy with your job". I've never expressed how I felt about it towards my parents. She goes on and asks if I've been looking for other work. I give a quick "no", continuing to get my food. Then she right away says she found an ad in the paper about a job in this town. So she apparently has been looking for work for me. What the heck? She even goes further and says I have no future at my current job.
Yeah, I know. Minimum wage job. Part-time too. Not ideal, but I do semi-enjoy it. I'd be able to save more if she wasn't taking $100 a week from me.
I'm sticking with my job, until I find something else myself.
