Elizabeth (aka) Gauge, grew up as a dear, sister-like friend of Mia (Speedy). After Mia was sold by her father, Eliza wanted to find her. She doesn't like hospitals or trust doctors after a doctor discovered her powers when she was seven and tried to kill her on the operating table.
In a plot to abuse her powers, she was kidnapped by villains. Her brother, Andrew (the man who encouraged Eliza's musical career), rescued her. However, he died in battle. Eliza's foster family kicked her out of the house. Without a place to go, she and her friend, Mia, eventually reunited.
Powers: Her body generates great amounts of energy that she can project into attacks or transfer to others (Positive and Negative, negative under circumstances of severe stress and fear, negative causes severe spikes in paranormal activity where it's been reported, negative is notably a rare occurrence), aura sensitive (this Eliza has not sharped her senses so acutely as to tell the difference yet, but she can feel the larger energies more powerful people give off)
Abilities: Basic hand-to-hand, Flight ( Her wings grew out suddenly. Gauge had been given the task of guarding a real precious stone because a thief was after it. However, the stone turned out to be one of Circe's artifacts and the wings bursting from her back nearly killed her during a live performance. She was supposed to be taken to the labs by order of Amanda Waller, but the convoy was intercepted by Cheetah (Barbara Minerva, who wanted to see the stone's effects after failing to attain it).

Weaknesses: Lack of physical strength, orange and grapefruit citrus allergy, fear of losing control of power
Secrets she doesn't know yet: She and Cheetah have much deeper connections than almost anyone knows (anyone but Waller and a few others). Eliza's real birth mother is Barbara Minerva. This doesn't show up on her copy of the birth certificate (reason still being speculated). Minerva had left her as a baby with another family in order to pursue her interests in belief a child would just get in the way.
