Chapter 3

Meta? narrates this chapter

First, my two partners start to fight, then after knocking both out, after carrying both for 12 hours. But everyone has there limits, I was running on empty, I can't fly like my dad can. And now there's a second Aeir, and when did I go by Meta?
Now the the actual story

Mimi and Lumi were asked to treat me by Aeir, and when I was healed, he'd send us home. Mimi looked at Aeir like he was crazy. "Aeir, you don't live here either, you share and apartment with Sorrow, Dante, and Hunter." For someone who went crazy not even a day ago, she was on the money, until he said this, "Zee, did you hit you head or something? You've known I lived here since last year. Meta should know too. You two disappeared three months ago." Aeir stops for a minute, sits down, and asked Lumi if she remembered breaking up with him. His answer was Lumi attempting to slap him. After failing to do so, she walked away, crying. Harsh. "It seems like the three of you lost your memories, not just Meta. There's one more test I want to try. Dark, I know your're there at the door, come on in!"

In an instant, I grabbed my sword and lunged at Dark Aeir, aimed at his heart. Aeir grabbed both mine and Mimi's wrists. Next thing I know, I end up headbutting Mimi. All I hear is a ringing noise and Aeir saying to Dark "Zelphi's going to kill me if she sees Lumi's here. Take her back to Drakonis." Dark went to Lumi, holding out his hand. After both Lumi and Dark left, Aeir put a seal on both me and Mimi.

An hour later-
I'm surprised I woke up to no chaos again. As I was waking up, so was Mimi, and Aeir was gone. My sword was sheathed, new clothes were near where we woke up, both with the Compass Star on it. And to top it all off, a note.

Here's what it said:
"I'm out with Zelphi right now. There's a journal explaining what happened while you were gone. It has info on who you are Meta." -Aeir

Just as the note said, a black sketchbook with the Compass Star on it. The only odd thing about it was the decal in the Compass Star, four odd designs at each tip, with the symbol for wind in the middle.
"Please tell me Aeir isn't dating Aquaris." Mimi said. When she said it, she was blushing.
"Jealous?" I said. Her answer was me being slapped.

After five minutes, both of us were in our new clothes. The next thing was the journal and what was inside.
