The Rights of Wishlist and Other Graphic Creators on Gaia I've been wondering about this. Say someone ordered a deluxe wishlist from my shoppe and started the trade. I made them their image, sent it and confirmed the trade. I come back, notice my gold hasn't changed, and find that their trade has been cancelled. I just got stiffed. [This is purely hypothetical, mind you] What are my rights? With art theft, the person would be contacted by a moderator, even banned for stiffing their paid artist. Would the same be true for a wishlist or bump thief? Sure wishlists/bump/etc. aren't as expensive, but it IS still art theft, and the artist STILL got stiffed. I just want to know. 3nodding

	Well they should be banned, but to prevent that gruantee that they will get the graphix by saying they can report you if you dont, because you know you get your money, also you can also just delete the image from your host, because most likely someone probably hasn't added it to there own. But im just saying. Im not in your postion so im confused just as much as you.

	The moderator might not take it as seriously, which is unfortunate, but the same rights do apply. You're right. 3nodding
