Either that, or I'm lazy.
Anyway, I wanted to bring back pretzel nuggets! They were something I've been wanting to bake again for a while since I didn't get to do so last summer. I made them with this recipe (warning--image heavy link!) on the date of 8/26/17 (Saturday, August 26, 2017). Here they are!

The first picture is what they looked like after chopping off portions of the dough to make the nugget shape. The second shows them fully baked.
I didn't exactly keep track of the time while making them, however the process actually wasn't that long! I'd say it took less than two hours altogether (which is a major improvement seeing as it took me around four or five the very first time I made them--yup)! My favorite part of the process was the baking soda bath. That's always fun since I get to witness the freshly chopped dough expand in size while in the liquid.
All in all, they were very good!
I was hoping to make the cheese sauce (warning--another image heavy link!) to dip them in as well, but I was running out of time. Maybe next time! I still have some dough left over, after all.
