Alignment Shift: True Neutral
When I first created my main character in the Dungeons & Dragons world, I thought the alignment that would be universally fitting for me would be Chaotic Neutral. But throughout my long adventures in Baldur's Gate and Neverwinter Nights, I did many alignment-affecting things, most of which were Lawful-related actions despite my set alignment. Today, I noticed that I'm no longer Chaotic Neutral... I have become a True Neutral instead. It made me contemplate over this for a long time- thoughts like probably it's one of the game's silly mechanics. But then, I realized that there's always been a part of me that wanted to believe that the laws of a society can actually benefit to people, even though I frequently viewed that laws make people helpless sheep.

I did a bit of looking up on my new alignment and found an interesting list of commandments. This list I'm keep record in this journal entry in case I forget, so to help me determine whether I am truly fitting of such alignment. Otherwise, I might break them, tip the scales again and become Lawful Neutral in the future. sweatdrop

A list of Ten Commandments for a True Neutral "religion" may look like this:

1. You shall avoid lies.
2. You shall not kill the innocent.
3. You shall not murder.
4. You shall help the needy if such action aids yourself.
5. You shall honor those who honor you.
6. You shall follow the law unless breaking the law can advance you without harming others.
7. You shall not betray others unless your life is in jeopardy.
8. You shall aid those who aid you and harm those who harm you.
9. You shall not promote an extreme viewpoint.
10. You shall advance yourself without harming others.

I shall see if I can uphold these rules as I continue my journey.
