After my exciting class camping trip, it’s been good to return to my nice normal classes. It was even nice to see Mr. Horitt again. Well, it was until he called on me to work the problem on the board and demonstrate the concepts for the class. He hovered over me the whole time. Naturally, I was nervous and made lots of mistakes, which only made me more nervous. I was half way through my computations when Mr. Horitt stopped me and erased everything I’d done. He made me start over from the beginning.

I finally did get it close to being right. When I attempted to demonstrate the formula by creating a vortex in a bucket of water, things only got worse. I over compensated for the water resitance, and sprayed the entire classroom with water. Even Mr. Horitt got soaked, which under other circumstances would have been hilarious. He was rather upset, and chastized me for using an amethyst phasing sigil instead of one more suited to a water element.

So since then I have decided to buy a new set of sigils. Only I’m currently low on funds, and phasing sigils can be rather expensive. I’ll have to come up with a way of getting the money. Maybe I can get a job, but I don’t know where to look for one.
