Week Five: The Song Remains the Same :: yawn :: What? Who? Oh, I'm supposed to write a journal entry? Geez, I write one two or three Fridays in a row, and now everyone expects that I'm going to stick to some kind of schedule. rofl A Visit From Tashasan Tashasan is my little sister, and last week she had the opportunity to visit Gaia HQ. She got to have Gaia lunch with Lanzer and Locke and all those guys, she got to visit Snacktopia (thanks Taligator!), and she even got talk with our CEO about what she liked/didn't like about Gaia. He was so impressed with her maturity and intelligence, she even got to do a little job for Gaia! You should see the fruits of her labor on the site sometime soon - of course they stuck me with the responsibility of putting it up crying What is it? Pssh. You should know by now that I love keeping secrets. I also like giving hints though: basically she did some writing for the site, and everyone here who's seen it said she did a good job smile My Feature is Being Released! ... behind schedule! Actually, since I'm a programmer, I spent all my time making sure it'd be nice and tight - but I totally forgot that we had to make it look pretty too! So now most of the work is in the hands of your beloved Gaia artists, who will take my drab feature and turn it into something glorious to behold. I'm about to sound like a broken record, but a feature goes through a LOT of hands before it hits the site. One user on the GCD started a post that said "Gaia is making millions of dollars a day! Where are our features?!" or somesuch. Not only did we dispel the idea that we are all 10 feet high and made of gold, but it was also pointed out that features take time. 	Hmm..hmm...artwork, eh? Well that limits the options a lot. ponders ponders edit I'm still going with tatoos. Going with my gut on this. I'm going to assume, though, that you'll mention that it's your feature when it's released? As for your sister, if it pertains to writing, then the thing that came closest to my mind was storyline (or a segment of it, with the scenario written and whatnot). Srsly, you're now going to be journal stalked by me. Go to AX next year with the admin and I'll scare you there, too. With my Pimp Hat. It's got admin approval. surprised

	There's nothing like candy and soda heaven. xd heart shines glare all around I could show you a couple of IT company snack bars, they even come complete with free gumball machines! A lot of the clues just fit ninja Did you have to blindfold your sister before brining her to the secret Gaia HQ? Or did you just do the usual signing of an agreement to not divulge any information about it?..... or are those just more Gaian Urban Myth, like you press Alt + F4 for a million gold?

	I'm glad you like that art. 3nodding I'm actually planning on doing a group shot of all the admins and developers someday. I'm just trying to get together a list and some spare time. Aside from that, I'm interested in what your sister wrote up. Perhaps she brought back the dead feature "Going Postal"!? I'd like to see that again. Considering it was created and then never updated with more mail in art. What else? Oh snacktopia, you should so get some nutty bars. You know, those kind from little debbie? I'm addicted to them now. So yeah get those too. Oh and those jolly ranger fruit chews. Those rock hard.
