Well, this time it was 100% the other person's fault. What happened was Ryan had asked me to go feed his cat Magic-kun who lives with his parents. So I was driving up the street to get there. The light turned yellow as I was going across, and this Mexican chick in a white car turns left right into my driver side back door. I spun out a bit so that i ended up on the other side of the street facing the wrong direction. The way the car was hit made my car undrivable. Worst part is it was Ryan's car since he'd crashed mine back in May. So pretty much we're even.
Anyway, the chick who hit me, I never got her name, why? Cause she only spoke Spanish and I finally found out she didn't have any insurance or driving license. From what it seems she was there illegally. There was another woman with her, but she vanished. She only spoke Spanish too. So I called Ryan and he brought someone from his work who spoke both languages and was really nice and extremely helpful! So after I find out that the girl didn't have anything, her father asked if I'd be willing to say he was driving so that he can get his car fixed and he'd pay off mine (it's unfix-able). I don't wanna screw this guy at all, there's no point and he was polite for most of the situation. Another helpful thing was this tow guy say us and offered to help. The Mexican girl called up her whole family, so there were 15 people kids and all there The tow guy was really nice and picked up my car and took it to his yard. He also said I had the right of way since I was going straight, so that's really good. And then he tried talking to someone on the Mexican family's cell and the guy on the phone said someone rude that pissed off the tow guy, so then he was fully on my side.
I'm fine, no injuries on either side. I'm just a little shaken up, and Ryan's been really helpful. We went to his parents house afterwards and Magic-kun ended up taking off the anger vibes off me and to himself. Think he'll kill a bird to lose that anger. But it was really helpful. I'm just pissed off that Ryan's car is now dead too!!!!!!!!
Now we just have to wait to see what happens with the insurances, cause I'm hopefully on uninsured driver for Ryan, cause when I sold my Infiniti, my dad stopped my insurance til he knew I was signed on at the DMV for Ryan's car. Wonderful life ain't it?!
