As they approached the north gate, Yuki, Dan, Ryan, and Tim started to plan for the attack.
"This is really stupid. What can we do?" asked Tim.
"We'll be able to get through to Nahuel and take him down. We'll kill that fool," replied Dan.
"No, we will not kill him. That will draw the attack of every guard regardless of what they think. The best way to do this is to get him into the traps that he set for us," stated Yuki.
"What? How do you plan on doing that? It's not like we have an army to force his hand," demand Tim.
"No, but we don't need an army. We just need to make him think that he's about to loss," said Ryan.
"Actually, we are going to make him think he has the upper hand," replied Yuki.
"Now just why would we do that? Doesn't he already have the upper hand? That's just crazy. Why are you so out of it? No wonder you and Lady Danielle were going at it. That'll never work," said Tim.
"Come now Tim, where's your sense of adventure. This ought to be fun," replied Ryan.
"That's part of the problem." Tim yelled as he ran after them.
"Ok, so the plan is to draw him over here. Once he's here, we should be able to pull off an attack that will get everyone to back off."
So they started. Tim and Dan went off headed towards the east. Yuki and Ryan went towards the west. Yuki was going to draw Nahuel's attention. It would be easiest way to pull Nahuel away from the guards.
"Hey, Nahuel what are you looking for over there?" asked Yuki.
"Nothing, I'm waiting for the military. Once they get here, we will destroy this fort and head of to ruin the kingdoms." Laughed Nahuel
"General, what do you mean? You intend to just destroy the entire kingdom?"
"Everything will be destroyed. I'm just going to help things along. We will be free once more."
"Free? Is that what you want? Then why cann't you just go alone? Why must you try and take others with you? Freedom isn't something that will be given to you by them. He will either kill you or make you his puppet. Nahuel, please stop this," yelled Yuki.
"General, what is going on? What army? What is happening?"
"I will help bring destruction. They all need to be destroyed. I will help bring the end," laughed Nahuel.
"If he gets that door open, we'll all be doomed. There are far too many of them," yelled Yuki.
Nahuel attacked Yuki. He drew his blade and swung. Taking a step back, Yuki drew her own dagger and blocked the attack. She was able to stop his advance but there was little else she could do. Ryan and Dan ran to help close the gate. Tim just stood stunned at the whole thing. A door from the lower fort opened and a group of men rushed out. The gate was closed and everyone agreed that was best. Nahuel was caught and locked up in the prison cell that he had picked out for Ryan, Dan and Tim.
Aron looked around. He wanted to talk with Yori. They needed a plan to stop the on coming army. The gate would hold only for so long.
"Yuki, where is Yori?"
"I haven't seen him since we split up. Hasn't he come back, yet?"
"No, and the gate looks like it's in bad shape. We're doomed," cried Dan.
"No we're not. Aron chose some men to send with Dan and Tim. They can go find Yori. We'll deal with the men at the gate."
"Right, let's go Dan," Tim said as he began dragging Dan along towards the area Yori went.
