This is a Character design for a Comic I'll soon be doing. Nanke will be one of the main bad guys. :0
I was going to make her personallity rough, mean, and easily angerd. Though as I started to draw her more and more, I feel her personallity is more softer and kind once you get to know her. ^^
By the way, the Skull eyes part is just the name of the society she was in. Skull eyes is the enemy society of the Cross arms society. (Cross arms is the society the main characters are in.)
