- I really like it, though I do recommend placing the eyes along the same "line".

- It looks good in an artistic point of view, but anatomically, you should be careful about the placement of facial features though. Eyes should be in the middle but could be a little farther apart or a little higher depending on what you want.

- i think cobra need to learn some manners. First i would say that the hair looks marvelous. sometihng about it seems oddly professional. but i must agree when he says the eyes are droopy. When u draw a face.. make sure the eyes are always in the middle.. trust me it will look normal in the end. as for the neck.. it looks fine to me for this "anime" style. Kudos i like it.
