If I may?
Make the corners black instead of white. It makes it less obvious, that this was done on photobucket and Microsoft paint. Also, the main focus of this photo is your shoulder. I would cut off the bottom a little bit, bring in the sides to make the photo more narrow, and cut off less of your head next time.
